3. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the order quantity. Standard orders (up to 50 candles) are delivered within 6–7 business days. Bulk or express delivery requests may include additional charges.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for the following valid reasons:

• Broken glass
• Missing wick
• Dead insect or contamination inside the candle

Refunds or replacements will be processed after product verification. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
